L'US patent numero 5.003.186 commissionato nel 1991 da “Hughes Aircraft Company”, una società del gruppo General Motors, è uno dei brevetti più interessanti. . Nel 1992 la GM Hughes Electronics acquista dalla General Dynamics il settore missilistico. Nel 1997 avviene la fusione del settore difesa con Raytheon, società leader per la produzione di materiale bellico, radar, tankers, armi elettromagnetiche. Un metodo di riduzione del riscaldamento atmosferico dovuto all'effetto serra, deriva da uno strato di gas nell'atmosfera che assorbe la radiazione infrarossa, disperdendo particelle molto piccole di un materiale all'interno dello strato dei gas. Il materiale della particella è caratterizzato dall'emissività o la riflettività che dipende dalla lunghezza d'onda, in quanto il materiale ha alte emissività riguardo alla radiazione negli spettri infrarossi visibili e di alta lunghezza d'onda, ed emissività bassa nello spettro infrarosso di bassa lunghezza d'onda, per cui le particelle molto piccole forniscono i mezzi per convertire l'energia termica infrarossa in alta radiazione infrarossa, che verrà irradiata nello spazio. Il materiale contiene uno o più ossidi dei metalli, l'ossido di alluminio, ossido di torio; le particelle sono disperse irrorando la stratosfera con una quantità di particelle ad una altitudine compresa tra sette e tredici chilometri sopra la superficie della terra: il formato delle particelle è nella gamma di dieci - cento micron: la sostanza (materiale Welsbach) contiene un materiale refrattario.

20 30 anni fa il cielo era come adesso....pieno di scie pardon..righe di nuvole che si espandevano fino a coprire con una NATURALISSIMA velatura tutto il cielo!!!
